By accessing or using Truelending AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you represent.

Service description

Truelending is an AI-powered platform that evaluates business loan fundability and matches borrowers with commercial lenders. We are not a lender. We do not guarantee approval, loan terms, or funding outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information and documents.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

Fees

Use of the platform is free for borrowers. Lenders pay subscription and success fees as defined in their separate agreements with Truelending.

Disclaimer

The fundability score, lender matches, and any related outputs are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not financial advice, guarantees, or offers of credit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truelending is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
